Resurrection Memorial / Honor Fund

A Memorial or Honor Gift provides a capital investment fund for the Resurrection Fathers and Brothers.  This fund is used to train and educate men for the priesthood and religious life.  These funds also assist us in providing essential health care coverage to our sick, elderly priests and brothers.

Our priests and brothers are grateful to all the benefactors who contribute to our Resurrection Memorial/Honor Fund.

How can I open a fund?

A $100 gift opens a new fund in memory of a deceased person; or in honor of a living person, family, or organization.  A donation of $20 or more may be added to a current fund.  When the Memorial or Honor fund reaches $5,000, it is complete.  Gifts to the fund are all donations to the Resurrection Fathers and Brothers and are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.

What are the benefits?

Persons making a contribution share in the prayers and good works of all the Resurrection Fathers and Brothers in our province.  The person in whose memory or honor the gift was made also share in these spiritual benefits:

  • One Mass celebrated during the month of November
  • One Mass celebrated by the Provincial Superior
  • Remembrance in the daily prayers of the community
